Detail

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Superintendent to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications: OSHA certification and other relevant safety training is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
