About us

We are about a 30-person civil/site engineering firm. We provide civil engineering, land surveying, and construction services to industrial, municipal, commercial, healthcare, and residential clients. The company is well-established, and we have an experienced team of engineers, surveyors, wetland scientists, designers, technicians, and consultants.

*This position can be full-time or part-time. Flexible work hours including a hybrid work schedule are permitted – office work can be done either in the office or from home. Field work will be predominantly in New Hampshire with some fieldwork in northern Massachusetts and southern Maine.

As a progressive leader in the Seacoast advocating for Low Impact Development (LID) stormwater management design, we’re helping to PAVE the way to a GREENER environment! We routinely design sites with various LID techniques to minimize impervious surface run-off, infiltrate run-off, and to treat stormwater using cutting-edge methods and technologies.

Benefits

Our company offers flexible hours, great benefits and a comfortable work environment. The variation of project styles and Town and State regulations provides work diversity and exposure to many aspects of the Planning and Development industry.

Employment benefits include company-paid health insurance, STD, LTD, life insurance, and NH PFML. In addition to those benefits, we offer paid time off (PTO), 9 company-paid holidays, employee-paid dental insurance, 401k with company contribution, and professional development reimbursement. We are a family-friendly office and promote multiple team-building events during the year, including, but not limited to, “summer hours” (every other Friday off in the summer), monthly company lunches, annual Christmas parties, and company outings. We have season tickets to sports and concert venues that all employees can choose to attend. We also do in-house seminars and “lunch-and-learns” to keep up with our professional development.
